The league will follow High School Federation Rules for all age groups with the exception of the following:

-Games will be played with four ten minute quarters with a three minute halftime intermission. Overtimes will be two minutes per overtime. Each team will have two timeouts per half with one timeout per overtime. Timeouts will not carry over form one half to another although they may carry over from the second half into overtime.

-The League will use a running clock. The clock will stop for the following reasons: injury, team time-outs, any reason deemed necessary by the officials and the last minute of each half or the last minute of overtime when the clock will run according to Federation rules (i.e. stopping for each whistle and shooting fouls)

-All age groups will use a 28.5 inch ball except for 7 th grade (and up) boys who will use a full size ball.

-Technical foul rules are as follows:

-Sportsmanship Rules: Players, coaches and spectators will be held to a standard that requires the following:

*No cursing
*No negative comments about players, referees, or coaches
*If a fan feels the need to yell, let it be only in support of their team. Otherwise a technical foul may be charged to their team.
*No throwing of clipboards by coaches
*Its OK for a coach to discuss a call with an official but it needs to be done in a calm and controlled manner when there is a break in play

Failure to comply with these standards will result in the suspension of the coach, player or fan to attend any league games.
